Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website and services of BitSprint AI Solutions (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

BitSprint AI Solutions provides AI-powered software development services including but not limited to:

• Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
• Web application development and deployment
• Custom AI model development and integration
• Intelligent automation and workflow solutions
• AI infrastructure design and implementation
• Data analytics and intelligence platforms

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging with us
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Not use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our proprietary systems
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach

All content on our website and within our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code — is the exclusive property of BitSprint AI Solutions (OPC) Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For custom software developed for clients, intellectual property ownership will be defined in the individual project agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all underlying frameworks, tools, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of BitSprint AI Solutions.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, client data, and pricing. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement.

Payment terms for services are defined in individual project agreements or service contracts. General terms include:

• Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges as per applicable law
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST/VAT)
• Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitSprint AI Solutions (OPC) Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful components transmitted through our services
• Errors or omissions in any content or service

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BitSprint AI Solutions (OPC) Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
